Keep Regardless of what the council has declared its use here falls under Canadian copyright law#Fair Dealing which allows for the use of copyrighted images such as the COA for educational purposes. Speedy keep - the applicable law is US copyright law because the Wikimedia servers are located in the USA, not in Halifax. The image is being used in two articles, both of which are fair uses. Green Giant supports NonFreeWiki (talk) 00:33, 29 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
