Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 86.9.26.240. I Suspect that this is due to the fact that I use a cable that connects directly to my internet box (as after I started using it, quite a few websites (namely Douban Music) were inaccessible using it.

Decline reason:
