Naie (奈井江町, Naie-chō) is a town located in Sorachi District, Sorachi, Hokkaidō, Japan.

As of 2004, the town has an estimated population of 6,832 and a density of 77.59 persons per km². The total area is 88.05 km².

Naie is linked with the Douou Expressway or the Dōō Expressway (Hokkaidō Expressway) with its interchange.

In the past the town flourished as a centre of the coal industry, but its population has since declined sharply.
