Rusutsu (留寿都村, Rusutsu-mura) is a village located in Abuta District, Shiribeshi, Hokkaido, Japan.

As of 2004, the village has an estimated population of 2,126 and a density of 17.73 persons per km². The total area is 119.92 km².
