South Park: The End of Obesity is an upcoming 2024 TV special on Paramount+.[1] It is the seventh South Park television special, and the 328th episode of the series overall. The special is set to premier on May 24th, 2024 on Paramount+.[2]

This will be the seventh South Park TV Special since creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone renewed their contracts with ViacomCBS in 2021, which promised 14 specials.[3] The special is set to parody weightloss drugs such as Ozempic, as well as the American Health Care system.
