Dohna Dohna ~ Let’s Do Bad Things Together is an adult RPG(role-playing game)/visual novel game [1]from developer Alicesoft, officially releases on November 27, 2020. An English translation of the game by Shiravune was released on Johren games on October 29, 2021.[2]
Dohna Dohna features heavy topics such as abuse and prostitution[3], but the world view of this game is bright and the characters who are abducted or prostituted are strangely cheerful and there is not much sadness.[4]
Story
Asougi City, a company town facing the Seto Inland Sea.
Though a corporation handles every aspect of their lives, the citizens live without any complaints or doubts.[5]
However, this has created pockets of unrest within the city where Clands perform acts of civil disobedience, including selling bodies for profit and stealing. Only one thing disturbs the city’s harmonic order: the activities of the “Anti-Aso” hunting clans, who snatch people off the streets by force and then hustle their bodies on those same streets to customers.[6]
The Anti-Aso struggle, the suits plot their removal, and all the while the impending Founder's Birthday Ceremony accelerates tensions everywhere.
And the balance in the city begins to shift, grinding people to dust in its motion.[7]
