Hokuryū (北竜町, Hokuryū-chō) is a town located in Uryū District, Sorachi Subprefecture, Hokkaidō, Japan.

As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 2,325 and a density of 15.16 persons per km². The total area is 158.82 km².
