About Japanese-language Wikipedia's Dragon Tales article
Hi, I think you created the article for "Dragon Tales" over on the Japanese-language Wikipedia. However, I think you used the machine-translation when creating the article. This means that there's a copyright violation and the article will be deleted. If you wish to use the machine translation to create an article over on the Japanese-language Wikipedia, please translate using the machine translation engine that supports both GFDL 1.2 and CC-BY-SA 3.0 Unported licenses. --Revth (talk) 13:12, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

Revision as of 13:12, 24 January 2010

Rules of my talk page:

1. No threats towards me or another user are allowed; they will be removed automaticaly.
2. No offensive language will be permitted, unless you are telling me a quote from something.
3. Do NOT offend me with any form of nudity, especially if it's in a sexual content.
4. Because I suffer Asperger Syndrome, I may act like a jerk sometimes, so don't annoy me please.
5. Do NOT troll me and reverse my edits, or start an edit war with me, as I find it annoying. Plus, it only gets me in trouble instead of whoever starts the war.
Follow these rules and we will have no problems at all.

FYI: If you want to answer the trivia question, please begin a new section and tell me your answer.

Current trivia question:

Starting after Emmy and Max, put these Dragon Tales characters in order of their first appearence from the first episode, beginning with the earliest.
• A: Quetzal • B: Ord
• C: Zak & Wheezie • D: Cassie
Correct order: BDCA
Put these game shows in order of their original U.S. debut, starting with the earliest.
• A: Wheel of Fortune • B: The Price Is Right
• C: Jeopardy! • D: Super Password
The correct order will be revealed on 2/14/10.

Please explain

I'm not a vandal, look at my history. Please explain why you think those incorrect quotation marks should be there. Rather than further edit warring I would like to discuss this with you. I have started a thread at Talk:List of top prize winners on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. Reywas92Talk 19:38, 25 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

That's fine, I'm not laughing at that, but he was still accused of cheating, not "cheating". There is no need for those quotation marks. Reywas92Talk 20:20, 25 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rule #4

Regardless of what it says at the top of your talk page, you don't have a right to "act like a jerk." WP:CIVIL forbids this. --William S. Saturn (talk) 06:42, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I know that, but sometimes I might accidentally do so.--It's my Junior year in High School! (talk) 18:31, 6 December 2009 (UTC)Chris[reply]
Okay. I think I might have misunderstood it. Sorry about that. --William S. Saturn (talk) 18:51, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Emmy and Max.JPG

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Emmy and Max.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Already taken care of. See the Dragon Tales article for proof.--It's my Junior year in High School! (talk) 03:42, 13 December 2009 (UTC)Chris[reply]

You are one revert away from violating WP:3RR, which can lead to a block.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (US game show). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. -- Atama 22:33, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies, this behavior will be refrained from.--It's my Junior year in High School! (talk) 02:23, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Chris[reply]
I've had my edits reverted before too, and I know how frustrating it can be. But realize, ultimately, that those disagreements need to be taken care of in discussion, not in reverting back and forth. The other person in the dispute has been blocked for a day, so I suggest you take a voluntary break from editing the article itself, and try starting up a discussion on the talk page. In a day or so you might be able to talk this problem out, and if you can't do so, there are ways to ask for help. Thank you for not continuing the edit war. -- Atama 04:58, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
