Taken out of context this could be misconstrued as "the end of unipolarity"; but in reality it has nothing to do with the debate about modern global polarity; and everything to do with the military partnerships between the US and countries like Auatralia, Japan, Philippines, etc. Note there's only one utterance of "polar" in the entire article. undo
